This wine comes from five plots, Les Lurets, Cros Martin, Poisots, Les Famines and Les Paux Bois, totalling half a hectare. Two were purchased in 1995 and two in 2010. Dark ruby in colour, this is an incredibly pretty wine on both the nose and palate. The nose shows ripe cherry fruit and dark spice, with earthy and floral notes. The palate is forward and ready for drinking even in youth. Complex flavours range from delicate fruit and ginger to rich chocolate and kirsch flavours while textures are silky smooth.
