A taste of the Mediterranean, via Puligny-Montrachet. Cap au Sud comes from the limestone slopes of Montagnac, in the foothills of the beautiful Cévennes mountains. These higher-elevation vines were planted in 1990. Rounded and rich, with delicate citrus, peach and apricot flavours. A joyful combination of the warmth of the Languedoc with the classic élevage of Burgundy.
